" But it's not clear that the journal will make them available on line. A2. Supplementary material will be made available on line when an article is published. Q3. Is it possible to order reprint of a proceeding? If so, how much do the author(s) need to pay. Does the same price as the regular articles apply? A3. Authors will be able to order reprints of their articles. The prices will be the same as our regular reprint prices.
