グリーン関数

グリーン関数とは、微分方程式や偏微分方程式の解法の一つであるグリーン関数法に現れる関数で、 プロパゲータ、伝播関数とも呼ばれています（George Greenが提案したことにちなみ、この名前があります。）原因と結果が式で一対一に結ばれているなんて、仏教の教えにある因果応報そのものであり、運命のいたずらや突然変異など、予想外のことが起こり得ないなんていささか残念ですね。
Green's function is a function that appears in the Green's function method, one of the methods for solving differential equations and partial differential equations. It is also called propagator or propagation function (the name comes from the fact that it was proposed by George Green). It is somewhat unfortunate that cause and effect are linked one-to-one in an equation, which is the very definition of cause and effect in Buddhist teachings, and that unexpected things such as a twist of fate or a mutation cannot happen.
